These protocols and safety measures are put in place to keep both you and myself safe.
Timeless Electrolysis Advanced Safety Protocols
If you have any questions regarding your appointment or any of these protocols, feel free to contact me.
1. Each client will be required to complete a COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire for each appointment for the foreseeable future. This is sent up to 24 hours before your appointment.
2. All clients will need to wear a fresh mask to their appointments. I can sell disposable masks for $1.00 each. ALL clients will have their temperature taken before entering my studio with an infrared non-contact thermometer.
3. You must wait in your car until I welcome you to your scheduled appointment.
4. Please do not bring anyone to your appointment unless the appointment is for a minor or a person that requires assistance. I will allow 1 parent, guardian or caregiver to enter the premises with the client. Masks are mandatory for all.
5. Consultations will be held over the phone.
6. Client intakes will move to being done through an online form. You can access this form below.
7. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering my studio.
8. Please don’t bring food, drinks or any extra bags/items that are not needed. I ask that you keep all loose items like your cell phone in your purse or I will give you a bag to put all of your belongings in.
9. If you feel sick the day of your appointment, please let me know ASAP so I can book someone else in your appointment time. No fees will be charged for cancelling due to sickness.
10. I will not offer hand shakes or hugging… but we can foot hug or elbow hug!
11. All payments will be by e-transfers or using tap with credit or debit cards.
By order of the Provincial Health Officer (PHO), proof of vaccination will be required to visit Personal Service Establishments (PSE) like Timeless Electrolysis as of September 13, 2021
